I manage, maintain, and update websites to ensure they are always current and functional. I’m also expanding my skill set by learning CSS and HTML coding to enhance my web development capabilities. Additionally, I’m working towards certifications in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to further improve my ability to track, analyze, and optimize website performance.
RiskVerifi Website
For RiskVerifi, a subsidiary of Tower Street Insurance, I took the lead in creating a brand identity that truly reflects the company’s mission and values. I developed a cohesive visual style, including color schemes and typography, while also crafting a brand narrative that connects with our target audience and tells a compelling story across all channels. In addition, I built an SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings, focusing on keyword optimization and on-site SEO best practices to boost visibility. Right now, I’m in the process of optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and generate qualified leads.
My goal is to increase RiskVerifi’s online presence, raise brand awareness, and support its growth, all while helping position the company as a trusted leader in its field.
Tower Street Website
I manage and maintain the Tower Street Insurance website, focusing on ensuring that it remains up-to-date, optimized, and user-friendly. From April 8th, 2024, to October 17th, 2024, we saw impressive growth in both active users (+84.7%) and new users (+87.4%), reflecting the success of our ongoing SEO efforts. Organic search traffic increased by 65.8%, and direct search grew by 102.8%, underscoring the effectiveness of our
digital marketing strategies. At the same time, I’ve been working to optimize the site’s content and user experience. Key pages like "Meet Our Team" (+407.8%) and "Get a Quote" (+1,071.3%) saw significant traffic boosts, suggesting growing interest in our team and services. Additionally, lead generation saw a 38.1% increase, indicating that the website is effectively converting visitors into potential clients. While the site is driving more traffic and engagement, I continue to monitor user behavior to optimize the user journey and enhance overall engagement.
